On the heals of his featured performance with the BBC Jazz Big Band on August 4th 2007 at the famed Edinburgh, Jazz Festival, Davis and the Fred Berry orchestra will rock the house with the first Big Band rendition of Sly Stone’s 1973 Hit song, If You Want Me To Stay.

Jamie Davis has been recognized as one of the best jazz singers of his generation. Davis’ rich baritone voice has been paired with the musical magic of some of the world’s most famous talent. His most recent work is being produced by Greg Errico, an original member of The Family Stone http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gregg_Errico

Davis counts Vernon Alley, Patty Austin, Tony Bennett, George Benson, Rosemary Clooney, Jimmy Cobbs, Billy Cobham, Eddie Henderson, Milt Jackson, Dave Lieberman, Melba Moore, Pharoah Sanders and Allen Smith among the super stars he has performed with.
